Color Variation: Products may vary slightly in color than what is viewed on website due to lighting and monitor variations.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please email a picture along with your order number so we can make it right!
Returns: Returns are accepted if initiated within 14 dates of delivery. Please note, a return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund. Items must be unopened and unused (if there is damage to the products or any signs of use, the return will not be accepted).
- How To Start a Return: If you have an account with Autumn Soul, you can view your orders here, and initiate a return request on your own. Alternatively, can follow the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email to start a return. Or, you can always just email us and we can help set up the return on our end. Once the return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your order. Once your return is received and we have verified there is no damage or use of the products, your refund will be issued minus the return shipping fee of $8.00.
